Devil's Run: The Law

My Laws Haulage Company includes both official Wordforge Games resin miniatures and some home made stuff. Despite the first Mad Max being a super bad movie (yes, it is!), the MFP is a nice concept. So I've gone for a dusted Main Force Patrol scheme, base coating with an almost tan yellow.

Devil's Run: Route 666
This is the models that came with the core game box for Devil's Run, after the first kickstarter. Nice resin models, the bikes being two pieces. A Law Patroller, a Law Buggy and two bikes. No conversion work done to these models.

Law Interceptor
A converted hot wheel car salvaged from my kids. Added some mesh to the windows, bought from the local hardware store. The engine (actually a rocket array) and the rear window armor are from Ramshackle Games, the extra tire is from another toy car and the chain is from an old necklace.

My complete Law gang before Hells Highway
3 bikes, 1 gyrocopter, 1 buggy and 2 cars.

  1. I love your take on this faction, I also love how you use a tan colour to represent yellow, one of my favourite tricks.

    1. Thank you. Actually I was a coincidence I got around to using tan as yellow. It's Army Painter 'Desert Yelloe', but it's a good colour. Much easier to paint than yellow - the worst colour to do!

  2. yeah I tend to use tan as yellow a lot, for hazard stripes/chevrons etc. anything that isn't brand new. a little yellow highlight can be added for a slightly fresher look, but who wants fresh out in the wastes!?
