Frostgrave Terrain Hub

Frostgrave is a fantastic game and I've had a blast building terrain for it. Scatter terrain pieces for blocking line of site, I've made myself. I've build a few buildings from scratch, but considering the low cost of MDF buildings, that became the way to go for me.

Homemade terrain
  •  Stone platforms. Polystyrene cheap builds. Full blog.

  •  Cheap trees turned into cool terrain. A tutorial on Frostgrave trees.

  • Ulterior Motives - cheap homemade objectives for this expansion. Full blog post.
  • Bone Wheel from ice cream sticks and Halloween skeleton hands. Full tutorial.
  • 1:50 dollhouse furniture. Cheap and easy to upgrade.

MDF Buildings
I'm a big fan for mdf kits. When looking at the low price and the time saved building them, this is an excellent way to fill a table in no time.

  • Towers from TTCombat. Messed up and added details. Full blog.

  • Tavern, Watermill and Tudor house in mdf by Laser Model Store. Here.
  • A small ruin and a tudor house, mdf terrain, by Model Laser Store. See them and read about painting them here.

Bridges from TTCombat and a bit of dungeons and lasers statues.

Gaming mat
I happened to fall over a Kickstarter by Ceri Design. They make gaming mats from felt, a lot cheaper than other companies. Lovely stuff that can be rolled into a ball and still lie flat every time. I'm using a 3'x4' mat. I found the colors was a bit sharp, so I've given my mat a layer of white spray - like I've dusted all my other Frostgrave terrain.

Terrain Crate and scatter
I have a bunch of Mantic Games Terrain Crate pieces. All the bits and bobs painted from that is collected here.
